Er, I think you should probably list a few of the "question/answer" Threads in the writing forum and generally helpful links here; I like what you're trying to do here, but a lot of questions might have been answered already.
So basically writing up a general "FAQ" and linking to threads where it's answered could help; I had a thread about formatting your work for the writing forum so it can be easily read, the idea thread you had could also be good ("can you help with writers block?" seems like a predictable question), the thread about Grammar Q&A aswell, and finally the thread posted about helping others through writers block in the middle of a story would be good too.
